PRESTIGE

History

Founded in 2014, Prestige began its operations in Brazil in 2015, driven by the opportunities created by the consolidation of fragrance and cosmetics distribution among only a few key players.

The combined experience of the three partners in luxury fashion and cosmetics was a key factor in ensuring excellence in execution and innovation in a challenging and ever-changing market, in line with the country’s economic shifts.

We started as a single-brand operation in makeup with Bourjois Paris. At the same time, Chanel Group announced that Coty had acquired Bourjois.

After just one year, Prestige rapidly expanded into the fragrance market. The first fragrance groups we partnered with were Interparfums US with Abercrombie and Hollister, followed by Richemont with Cartier, LVMH (Bvlgari, Loewe, and Acqua di Parma), and Estée Lauder (ADF Fragrances).

In 2020, Prestige expanded into the haircare category with PHYTO PARIS, a French botanical brand distributed through beauty salons, dermatological clinics, and online.

A skincare department was developed in 2021. The first brand to be distributed by the local Estée Lauder subsidiary to select and premium retailers in the Brazilian market was Clinique.

In 2022, we assumed leadership in the distribution of Luxury Cosmetics in the national market; Shiseido announced a partnership with Prestige for the development of Issey Miyake, and Narciso Rodriguez in the Brazilian market. 2022 was also marked by new skincare projects with La Prairie.

Prestige alo partnered with ‘Give Back Beauty’ to maintain the distribution of Tommy Hilfiger and relaunch Elie Saab in 2023.

In 2024, we took over the distribution of the Roger&Gallet brand and began distributing Filorga, consolidating this category within our beauty and dermocosmetics portfolio.

In 2024, Prestige has a new strategic partner, Leste Group, a global independent investment fund. Our partnership with Leste further propels us to maintain our leadership as an Independent Distributor focused on growth, strengthening, and building Luxury and Niche Brands in Brazil.
