The ADIPEC - Association of Distributors and Importers of Perfumes, Cosmetics and Similars

was founded in 1991, with headquarters in São Paulo, Brazil. Its main mission is to represent the interests of import and distribution companies of perfumes, cosmetics, and personal care products in the Brazilian market. It develops an active participation with government authorities, always aiming to maintain a permanently open communication channel between the segment and the authorities.

In these years of operation, it has also fought tirelessly against the parallel market of perfumes, cosmetics, and personal care products. To this end, it created the "Guarantee of Origin and Assured Quality" stamp, intended to seal the products legally imported by our members, an action that distinguishes them from illegal and counterfeit products.

The ADIPEC Stamp

In keeping with its commitment to innovation, the new ADIPEC "CHAMPION" Stamp features a new color, an exclusive holographic relief effect, which together with other security elements, represent a major technological advance in the fight against counterfeiting, ensuring consumers the certainty that they are acquiring a product of proven origin and assured quality, both in physical stores and online stores, in addition to conferring a higher added value to the product.

The ADIPEC Stamp, registered with the National Institute of Industrial Property - INPI, is used by all members who import and distribute perfumes, with the aim of guaranteeing consumers both the origin and legality, as well as the quality of the sold products.

The Stamp also has a self-destructive property that makes it impossible to remove for reuse on another product. It is glued directly onto the cardboard cartridge and/or cellophane/polypropylene wrapper that surrounds the perfume packaging (box), together with the product adequacy label required by the National Health Surveillance Agency - ANVISA, and is only released for the exclusive use of its members, after being proven, by independent auditors, the legal origin of the product.
